I found Heather to be professional and yet very personable. She kept in touch with me regularly. Always gave me heads up as to when a prospective buyer wanted to see my townhouse and passed on any feedback from them. Heather gave helpful hints (in a positive manner) as to changes in décor that might add or detract from the visual appeal. Heather did her homework in regard to searching out similar townshouses for sale in the area and how mine compared to them in price, size, age and community amenities. I appreciated the fact that Heather did not inflate the worth of my townshouse just to obtain my business (honest).
