Finding the Right Home or Property

With all the choices in today's market, how do you go about finding the right home?   

There are many ways to go about looking for a new home and for a smooth efficient process, I recommend the first step is to get pre-approved with your bank and/ or mortgage broker to confirm what your target price point and general price range to ensure you're not overspending or selling yourself short.

The next step is to decide upon your needs, wants and wishes and the priority they each have.  Two major factors to decide upon will be the community and location because they are two of the most important factors of real estate value. Then during our consultation we'll discuss how your lists (focusing on your needs first) compare with your target price point to assess if adjustments need to be made.  We'll also be discussing details like the overall process, your timeline and goals, etc.

From the information received during our consultation, we'll now search for suitable properties that fulfill your criteria from which I'll organize a property tour.  I suggest we include properties slightly below and above your target price point so you'll have a clear understanding of your purchasing power.
