- Be your go
to resource for information.
- Research
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings to
find the best options available.
- Arrange
tours of newly built properties to introduce you to and guide you through
the process.
- Preview
properties prior to our tour to personally confirm the property meets your
criteria.
- Personally
sort through the new listings on MLS and forward only the homes that
fulfill your criteria therefore only receiving options you would consider.
- Maintain a
personal file complete with all documents, properties viewed, etc.
- Discuss
benefits/drawbacks of each property with you in relation to your specific
needs and wants.
- Monitor and
keep you informed on changing financial conditions that may affect the
housing market.
- Research
current neighbourhood statistics to advise on a solid offer to purchase
price.
- Write the Purchase
Contract and advise on terms and conditions.
- Present your
offer to the Seller, or Sellerâs Realtorî
if not permitted, and negotiate on your behalf.
- Coordinate
and organize closing documents.
- Monitor
closing process with lawyer, lender, seller, etc.
- Assist with
resolving closing issues
