  • Complete contracts and advise on how to write a successful offer.
  • Present your offer to the Seller, or Seller’s Realtor┬« and negotiate to maximize your best interest.
  • Coordinate home inspections, condo document review, etc.
  • Monitor closing process with lawyer, lender, seller, etc.
  • Assist with resolving closing issue.
